COMING FROM INVERNESS

Take the A96 towards Nairn. As you approach Nairn and you reach the 40mph road sign, prepare to turn left into Sandown Farm Road. This is a single lane road. Go straight to the bottom where you will come to a T-junction. Turn left and then immediately right. Altonburn Cottage is the second house on the left-hand side.

COMING DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRPORT

If you are arriving by air and coming straight from the Airport, the best route is, to turn right our of the airport exit. Follow this road until you come to a T-junction. Turn right heading towards Ardersier and Nairn. Just as you reach the first housing at Ardersier, turn right. At the T-junction turn right. Head straight up this road until you meet the A96. Turn left towards Nairn.

Opposite the cottage is a gravel area with parking for the cars.
